Our programs and workshops are what set us apart. The Yoga Nanda family is about more than just classes: we’re about expanding our practice and our minds. We focus on more than just asana — we explore what it means to be healthy in mind, body and spirit.

The foundation of our studio is in our class programming. We feature classes from a wide and varied multitude of disciplines to allow any student the ability to practice. Whatever your intention, we have a class that serves you. Whether you are looking to explore the breath, being upside down, alignment, flow, healing and restoring the body, your spiritual path, or gaining strength and endurance, our expert instructors will support you in your goals. We are constantly evolving our offerings. Here are our current root programs:

Thrive is how we expand our practice to support our minds and bodies holistically. Our in depth programs range from nutrition to ayurveda and support all 8 limbs of the yoga practice. As we expand our journey, our thrive programs support the ever important on-going learning and selfstudy central to growth as a student. Our thrive programs include:

Our focus on yoga expands to more than just ourselves: Yoga Nanda supports those around us through Seva, or service. Our community initiatives are central to who we are as a studio; we give back to the people around us. Our Connect program is devoted to listening, understanding, learning, and action. We hope you’ll join us in any large or small way to spread the spirit of service and to work alongside us to benefit others.
