My yoga journey began in 2010. At first, I started practicing yoga as a way to supplement my high intensity lacrosse workouts. Before I knew it, the once a week practice transformed into a 3-4 times a week practice, and, now, has transformed into a daily practice. Both my body and mind transformed. Physically I became leaner, stronger and more flexible. Mentally, I became more even-keeled, calm, and at peace with myself. But most importantly, it was through yoga that I found comfort in my own skin and learned to love myself unconditionally.
With an unquenchable thirst to learn more, I embarked on my 200 hour training at Yoga Vida in NYC. I completed the training in 2012 and became a Yoga Alliance Teacher. Nothing makes me happier than sharing the amazing benefits of yoga with others.
