Sharon’s passion and love for Yoga is unmistakable. She embodies the Zen Life and has invested in her teaching skills so she can bring a unique and deeply meaningful class to all her students. She recently traveled to Bali to study under Sri Ramananda Mayi, who is a Vedic priest, an Ayurveda medicinal healer, and a skilled astrologer. It is this type of commitment that Sharon brings to her students each and every moment.
